2. Additional lessons can be arranged during holidays, and payment is due either at the time of the lesson or added to the invoice for the following half term.

1. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for cancelling a lesson. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the full fee being charged.
2. Lessons cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice will not be credited or refunded, unless exceptional circumstances arise.
3. If the teacher initiates a lesson cancellation, every effort will be made to reschedule the lesson. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued through the subsequent half term’s invoice.

1. Either party may terminate lessons by giving a written notice period of six weeks (or one-half term), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. The teacher reserves the right to terminate lessons indefinitely due to consistent absenteeism, lack of progress, misbehavior, or any other reasonable cause. In case of verbal abuse from students or parents, lessons will be terminated immediately without a refund.

1. According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the student has the right to cancel lessons within 14 days of the first payment. This right applies only to the first payment for lessons.

1. The student will not be enrolled in any exams, competitions, or public performances without prior consent from both the teacher and student (or the student’s parent/guardian).
2. Please inform the teacher promptly of any changes in your contact details, as outlined in the Privacy Policy. It is particularly important to update mobile numbers and addresses for emergency situations.
